Step One
JAYNE AGENCY’S BRAND STRATEGY SESSION
In this eight-hour expertly guided session, we invite, poke, frustrate, and annoy you (sorry, not sorry) through an intensely facilitated strategic exploration and intake of the 10 evidence-based elements of your brand. We call these 10 foundational elements the, ‘10 Assets of a Brand Platform.’
Step Two
PIECING THE BRAND PLATFORM TOGETHER
Jayne Agency strategists integrate all points of feedback (real-time and post-session), including conflicting ones, and develop a “devil’s advocate” approach for each asset individually and your brand platform as a whole. This process includes refinement, consolidation, cross-checking, challenging, pressure testing, and creating relevant alternatives for each section. This differs from other brand strategy firms in that your brand platform is entirely constructed from your company’s provable reality, not our opinions or “new ideas.” What you get is a renewed sense of value and inspiration from what YOU’VE built, inherited, grown, or innovated.
Step Three
CONFIRMING ALIGNMENT
In the Brand Platform R2 Presentation, the purpose is to review your company’s revised platform (60 pages consolidated to 16) as a team. Your role is to be critics of the concept, spirit, and specifics. Things will be wrong, things will be new, things will be uncomfortable—yet unmistakably aligned with your brand of awesome. What you get is a fresh perspective rooted in legacy and accuracy.
Your team identifies what is meaningful in what is emerging as your brand’s current and future state. What doesn’t sit right? What is unfinished? What needs to be tweaked? This is where your team and the Jayniacs collaboratively kick the tires and refine the grit and detail of each of the 10 assets within the platform. This is also where Jayne identifies gaps in accuracy or evidence-based information.
Step Four
COMPLETED BRAND PLATFORM
We take the feedback from that meeting, refine it one more time over the course of one last week. We return with a final presentation for approval and any remaining minor edits. This finalizes your brand platform, giving you the ability to take a giant leap toward brand clarity.
